Our Team

Marcy Hackett

Marcy Hackett is gifted in formulating and implementing spaces that work. She spent 20+ years as an administrative professional creating streamlined workflows where efficiency and quality reigned, and she loved her job! Helping individuals and businesses feel accomplished, valued, efficient, and productive while being confidently at ease is her passion. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother who lives each day to fullest and wants to help you do the same!

Serena Wilson

Serena Wilson started out as an Early Childhood Educator, branching off to work with infants and toddlers and children with special needs, eventually leaving that job to homeschool her three children. It was during these years that implementing efficient systems became imperative. She has a passion for organizing and creating manageable systems that foster peace and productivity in the home and workplace. She is an empath who not only focuses on efficient systems for the client but can also help guide them through the emotional aspect that some experience with decluttering, organizing, and implementing change within their environment. In her spare time she loves spending quality time with family and friends and enjoys the simple things in life.

Jordan Lanier

Jordan Lanier has a background in education and is a certified ADHD Life Coach. As someone who is diagnosed with ADHD, Jordan understands the importance of finding systems that work for your individual needs. She believes that everyone is unique and capable of succeeding with all the flair and talents they already possess! Her background in education and experience with neurodiversity makes creative problem solving one of her specialties. She is passionate about helping people thrive and providing spaces that allow people to shine bright. She is a lifelong-learner, a music lover, and an avid gardener. 

Cathy Thornton

Cathy Thornton has spent the last 30 years managing multiple residential properties throughout the city and serving the people of these communities with her exceptional customer service and problem solving talents.  As a real estate property manager, Cathy was responsible for addressing/resolving various community requests as well as dealing with challenging customer relations with grace and efficiency. She also maintained records and participated in leadership roles for property associations. Managing multiple properties and their residents takes a great amount of organization and dedication to efficient systems. These skills, honed through years of hard work, make Cathy a valuable member of the Compose Your Space team. In her free time, Cathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and listening to music. She loves animals and traveling with her husband.
